One Room Challenge Favorites || Fall 2017
The Fall One Room Challenge Reveal was some weeks ago but I am just now getting around to sharing my favorites with you. For those of you that don't know what the One Room Challenge is (ORC for short) it is a fabulous interior design challenge that happens twice a year where 20 bloggers/designers are chosen to redo a room in 6 weeks and share their process on their blogs once a week during this time frame. I have been a part of it a few times and just love following along and getting inspiration from all the designers. Today I'm posting my favorites from this fall 2017 round. The first space is by Angela the artist behind The Painted House. I have a few of her art pieces (this one and this one- isn't she an amazing artist?!) and think she has such a unique style- quite different from everything out there. I love how she uses primary colors so elegantly. Angela redid her basement for this ORC and it was a standout in my book. Take a look at a couple of her photos ( I urge you to see the entire space here. You will love seeing all the details. major inspiration!).
Another favorite was the The Pink Pagoda 's kitchen and family room. It was an amazing transformation. Jennifer is the queen of #BlueandWhite and just created such a clean and chic space-
The The Makerista redid her daughter's bedroom and created the ultimate Parisian style space for her sweet daughter. It is very sophisticated and feminine yet playful at the same time. Her choice of colors is spot on. Those bed canopies!
This home office by The House Lars Built is especially cool- those floors!
This dining room/living room/kitchen reveal by Erica Reitman is a collector's dream-
An outdoor space is always fun. This is is by Old Brand New.
